These terms describe how Big Image Media accepts and processes stamp orders. They need the owner's review and approval before being published.
Orders and confirmation
An order submitted through this site is NOT a final order. Every order is confirmed over WhatsApp before it is processed — including the final price, the size, and any add-ons chosen.
No payment is taken on this site. The payment method and timing are arranged during the WhatsApp confirmation.
Design and artwork
Stamps are engraved to the design the customer confirms. Spelling, registration numbers or layout approved by the customer cannot be corrected after engraving without making a new stamp.
Please check the preview carefully before confirming. We send the preview again over WhatsApp before production starts.
Prices
Displayed prices are per unit for the selected product and size. Add-ons (for example printing a name on the holder, or a spare pad) are added to the quote during confirmation and are not included in the displayed price.
Production and delivery time
Normal production time is 3 working days after the design is confirmed. Delivery time is on top of that.
Cancellation and returns
THIS SECTION NEEDS THE OWNER’S DECISION. How long after confirmation can an order still be cancelled? Can an engraved stamp be returned, and under what conditions? Custom stamps generally cannot be resold, so this policy usually differs from ordinary goods.
